After you place an order on our website we will contact you throgh email. We confirm that requested goods are available and inform you about price of delivery. After that you can pay the total cost.

Guarantees and returning

We pack ceramics carefully, but cases of breaking may be occur. If you receipt breaking ceramics contact us and sent photo. We give you payment back or sent a new item.

You can return us all goods during 2 weeks after receipt. We give your payment back after we receipt goods.
